6am here in NY. My prediction: It will be a historic day by the time it's over. There is fear and rampant speculation everywhere. Bottom is a loooong way down. I was hanging with a hedge fund guy (junior investor) and he has his exit strategy all planned already. He's expecting to be out of a job by week's end. A $2 bid on Bears Stearns. Fuck.
I'm watching the asswipe Jim Kramer chattering on TV right now tryng to say everything is cool. This is the same asshat that a few months back said to invest Bears Stearns.
