hey bro, it's pretty standard equipment at my Muay Thai gym - and pretty fucking necessary when you're hard sparring with knees and elbows and shit.
I use a pretty standard groin guard, £7, reinforced plastic, snug fit, works a treat:

You can go for metal or leather guards if you want (leather being top end, set you back £30-35), but i dont see why you'd want to if its just a demonstration class.... unless its a comfort thing
- What so pretty about your groin guard Khurram?Spookytim
- Nothing bro, it's just a standard one. You usually wear them on the inside of your shorts, so they dont need to be "pretty"Khurram
- But, you said "a pretty standard groin guard"Spookytim
- Thanks man.TheBlueOne
- "pretty" in this sense means approximately. Some words have doubly meanings.Khurram
