    1 pound a week, whole beans, higher end quality, grind just before making1/2 pot at a time in drip machine with filtered softened water, transfer immediately into sealed carafe, pour into cup, take 2 or 3 sips, forget about it whilst working, quaff rest whilst cold (hence requirement for higher quality coffee). If being slob will microwave to warm slightly.
