It looked like the Firetrap Gnome to me
When we were graduating from college we got beer sponsorship from some beer that had a really seriously creepy looking gnome in its ads. I forget who it was now, but they sponsored our degree show party anyway and the fucking thing turned up and IT WAS HORRIBLE. Everyone was really scared of it (him) and he just stood there staring, never said a word or smiled or anything.... EEEEUUURRRGHHH.
