    you gotta narrow it down a bit, but....

    sfmoma and ybca (yuerba buena center for the arts) are a must. many galleries in the mission.

    you can do union square/chinatown/fisherman's wharf in a day as far as i'm concerned. unless you love to shop.

    restaurants:
    the slanted door, front porch, millennium, house of nanking, delfina, dosa, tu lan, ebisu, cha cha cha, slo club, and i second old chelsea. there is a ton of good food here, just kind of depends on what you like.

    bars:
    zeitgeist, hemlock tavern, tosca's, hi-dive, casanova, bar 821, lucky 13, and many, many, many more that i can't think of now. 16th and mission.

    golden gate bridge and park. conservatory of flowers. ocean beach and baker beach. dolores park. presidio. haight st. valencia st. divisadero st. embarcadero.
