  You can forward texts, and send mms with 3rd party software, jailbreaking with ziphone is a snap.
  Touch is very limited compared to iPhone and still expensive - no camera, no mic, no loudspeaker (boombox, baby!), and most of all no volume +/- button.

  Touch's advantages are - it's thin + more ran in top model
