no recommendations for hotels in sedona but i recommend checking out jerome, az while you are there (it is about half an hour from sedona). there's a hotel there called the the Jerome Grand Hotel. and be sure to dine at the restaurant in the hotel called The Asylum. jerome is a very small artsy town on top of a mountain and its quite fantastic really. plus, maynard (of Tool) lives there.
