The site obviously has issues, but in defense of it:
emecks: if you look at all those messages in the W3C validator, they pretty much all relate to code used to embed the SWF, which I believe XHTML validators will always not like. Looking at the site with HTML Tidy, there were only a couple things wrong and actually no errors.
Still, the site is still broken/load intensive. :)
