Version control. It's kind of like Time Machine in that you have the ability to maintain incremental backups but with the added ability to "check out" documents so only one user can edit at a time or to merge changes back into the main repository should more than one user make changes to the same document. It's great, but I don't like any of the SVN clients available on the Mac. Maybe in Coda 2!
