What are you looking to do with it? Print design/vectors or photos. For design you want your colours and edges sharp, but for photos you want natural colours (6 or 8 colour carts).
If you're going to be doing any volume of colour a laserjet will be much better, the cost of running an inkjet is considerably more than running a laserjet, as a usual laserjet cartridge will do 7000+ pages, an inkjet wont do that.
