Erm I think you'll find it's you that is 'insame' (that's a quote btw ppl).
I use Photoshop for layout and still consider them hand-grown, anyway, I then hand code everything.I'd actually say coding instead of mocking up is very inefficient and backwards. If you know how to code you should be aware of what is possible inside or outside of Photoshop. But hey that’s just me.
