I think it would help if you expanded the logo bar so it stretches all the way across and move the nav down so that it is directly opposite the text block.
at the moment my eye goes straight to the 'company' button, especially because of the lens flare image used.
Users will naturally cast their eye from top left to bottom right, unless your composition is worked out peoperly.
