The site is OK, but nothing great.
When I look I see a bunch of information. Doesn't look to much like a home page. More like a secondary page.
It seems as if the site lacks structure. How many people are working on this? Is this inhouse, freelance or agency? The design doesn't catch me much. It almost seems as if you are trying to hard to make the company look high tech and it isn't working.
I would take a stab at another 2 or 3 different ideas.
