  1) Buy hot fresh baguette at bakery
  2) Buy fresh sausage from meat market
  3) Buy Tomatoes ,basil and garlic

  Drizzle olive oil on sliced baguette, lightly toast under broiler. Chop garlic, tomato and basil, put on toasted baguette. Slice and fry sausage in skillet. put over bread with garlic/tomato mixture.

  Pour a nice Pinot Noir sit back, consume and relax...
