I should probably advise you that they sometimes sound a bit grumpy and occasionally a bit negative on the phone when talking through a job but that's just their way sometimes when they are very busy, and they are also trying to get a clear idea of your requirements. They really do take their work and the clietn's requirements very seriously indeed.
