Yeah, I 2nd the In-N-Out, especially if you don't have one in your neck of the woods. Marina del Rey and Venice aren't all that far, so you could check those out. Even closer (literally like 5 minutes from the airport) is the new Custom Hotel (http://customhotel.com/). You could probably kill a few hours there.
