somewhat, my insurance doesn't cover therapy and there is no way i can afford it on my own. i've been to my doctor and all, that's how i got the Lexapro. we briefly spoke about it, but nothing to the extent to what a therapist would.
i don't really know anyone where i live, besides the Ex, so i pretty much deal with it on my own.
