  We use to have 1 free client snap a year. But it's cut down to 1 for life, because of the last snap cost the company close to $20000.

  Still negotiating how many free coworker snaps we will get a month. 5 is the goal, but it will properly end at 3.

  Also coworker snaps is not counted as a snap after 10 brews.
