    #7: "Imagine": After a hard days work with more downs and ups, or in times, when u don't know where it should go, i have found a little Trick from a befriended Coach.
    When u are finally in bed, start imagine, how your perfect day sholud look. And start at the very beginning (get up, make coffee, exercice, ride to work with bike, where u work etc). This helps your under consciousness to adjust the balance and to give yourself the right direction. I'vedone that quite a lot when i was struggling, and it helped me a lot.
