by pulling the U 'out' as you stated earlier ^ does the exact opposite of what you were trying to achieve imo - attempting to hide the fact the word will always read 'uninspired'.
Put the u back in place and perhaps think about using the lightbulb as a '?' at the end. After all, you are asking a question!
