does no one here cook classic dishes anymore? quick and easy is great, but common food from chain restaurants is horrible. Cinco needs some real preparations, some food with soul that demonstrates the commitment and passion one has, in any exercise. I am looking for:
    - Coq au Vin
    - Chateaubriand w/ chanterelle veal demi-glaze
    - Poule au Pot; (all 3 courses preparation)
    - Marrow shanks roast w/ poached quail eggs
    - Osso Buco w/ baby roast root vegetables
    - Pulled Pork topped w/ caramelized cabbage and polenta
    - Seared Diver Scallops atop warm chervil and lemon zest salad
    - White Rabbit stew de mostaza and white wine
    - Bouillabaisse of Haddock and Mussels

If people would care as much about what they were serving another 10% as much as they do who will win a fucking primary, communities would be stringer and relationships would be pushed in ways that got to real issues and with real feelings instead of idiotic he said/she said/they said crap.

I want you to have a wonderful meal tomorrow, Cinco, and please- show this audience that whatever meal you do end up preparing that you considered every detail obsessively. That, will come through every time to the person on the receiving end of your table.
