    It sounds like your get up and go got up and went.

    Try this:

    1) Take some B-complex vitamins.
    2) Eat a good breakfast.
    3) Have some coffee in the early afternoon.
    4) Good dinner.
    5) Avoid drinking sugar drinks, like Cokes, on an empty stomach.
    6) Clean your teeth early so if you fall asleep you don't wake up feeling like a sewer.
    7) Think about the future, not the past.
    8) Orgasms, just before sleep, encourage good dreams, and reduce stress, anxiety, anger and tension.
