LCC have a good rep i think but the description is slightly vague, possibly because things change quickly.
if it's mainly about motion then i'd ask them what equipment you'll be using - edit suites? cameras? are after effects & 3D packages involved? Flash? will you learn traditional animation techniques? storyboarding? does this cover broadcast design? what sort of briefs will you be working on as part of your coursework?
or is it mainly about IA and user experience design, testing, scenarios?
