    I would say you're in the 12–18k range if its regional–national work and is soup to nuts, all content provided, no extensive retouching or image handling, encompassing the print coordination.

    Maybe in the 20+k range if its national–multi-national work.

    I think where in the range will depend on how much time you spec into your process, rounds of revisions, etc.
