I took the position I currently hold now because I knew it would be my opportunity to fix a broken company, to mold it the way I wanted to... I gave up the sexy clients and 'proper design studio' to try something different...
There are many moments of agony and some regrets but overall it's allowed me to grow and develop more well-rounded skills that I never would've developed so quickly in a studio environment where I was ruled by the iron fist of another art director...
