    Well I don't know what the kids are reading these days but I liked these ones before they were shat on from a height by hollywood:

    Sin City - A Dame to Kill for & That Yellow Bastard
    League of Extraordinary Gentlemen Vol 1 & 2
    From Hell
    Hellboy - Seed of Destruction, Wake the Devil & The Chained Coffin and Others
    30 Days of Night

    I also got into 'The Goon' a few years ago, quite funny/silly and its got zombies in it: http://www.thegoon.com/

    And I'd still read Neil Gaiman's Sandman books.

    But none of these are new so I dunno whats hot these days.
