    Ah, election year. Must be time to frighten the voters. Republica..oops I mean Democratic Senator Lieberman (and McCain buddy and rumored VP candidate) has just issued letters to all major Government Departments to testify in the Senate (and on TV, no doubt) to answer "Oh my gowds what do we do if there iz a nooklear attack and we all dies!!"
