    It's kind of funny to me that a good chunk of the ridiculous 'future type' that was plaging the late 90's was a direct desendant of this work that Rand did in 1960.
    He really was ahead of his time.
    Imagine what logos would have looked like then if Ford had gone with that logo.

    It's future-classic.

    Remember:
    1. Rand didn't have a computer to draw this with.
    2. Our hyper-obsession with same stroke weight consistency wasn't always so. Previously, people were obsessed with visual balance above stroke weight consistency.
    (name a popular typeface that has perfect stroke weight consistency. few to none.)
