    Let me preface this by saying I don;t know that much about it, but yes, I think MLS is a unique ID, and what I'm looking at doing is putting the MLS search interface (but better looking) on the realtor's page so people could search by price, location, bedrooms...

    Also I want to see if it is possible to create a "pre-defined" search, such as having a map of the Minneapolis neighborhoods that a user could click to see all listings for an area and then they could c=filter down from there.

    I am sure the code is out there somewhere since I've seen some googlemaps mashups that have houses for sale on the maps.

    So, yeah, thanks for the input, I'll just check with MLS directly.
