I'd recommend getting in touch with some smaller type designers, and also having a better idea of what you're after. If it's a single weight, I don't foresee it as a hugely outrageous expense, but if you're looking to outfit your client with an all expansive, 24 weight family, then you're looking at quite a bit.
Sorry I can't be much help, but more specs would be good...
