  Trust me when I say most people dont know.
  The 5 guys you see moving their heads next to the booth, are Djs checking technique, everyone else in the party doesn't know (unless they have that CD) I think this guy is a living homage to pollution is going on these days, where if you have 2 turntables and 5 records you can call yourself a Dj.
