The fact that you are an AD who knows Flash and knows how to code already puts you in the top echelon. Like threadpost said, ask for something high but be willing to accept something lower. NYC and LA would be your best bet for the highest salary plus if it doesn't pan out at that company then there's always another studio around the corner. As far as what to ask, depends on what city you're in, what company its for, and especially...who ya know.
