Take breaks.
I have the worst eyesight out of anyone I know (I think I'd be legally blind if I couldn't use corrective lenses), and I can't do anything about it. Maybe I will get laser surgery, but I'm kind of scared. I will wait some years before choosing that option. I want to know how successful it really is in the long-term.
- I think eye surgery can be good, I would personally recommend optical express (if in the UK). seemed like they weren't out for cash, like another well know place I'm sure you know.
