    e-pill, I just try to guess how comics are done. I may not be correct. Most of them look like they were inked by hand and use photoshop for coloring. Sometimes you can recognize how brushstrokes were done. As far as the New Avengers comic I was referring to, the ink really looked like it had digital textures and the outlines of the water look just like an effect I've seen from vector programs. The paint looked like watercolor but i'd be suprised if it really is. I'll post an example if I can find one.
