That particular market will have to close down because it wont be able to afford to pay the insurance. Thats the problem with the world today. And thats why insurance is so high and why many an innocent event cant be staged anymore becuause peolple cant afford the personal liabiltiy insurance. In this case the insurance companies should pay out. But its only going to make insurance higher and higher etc etc
It was a terrible accident. I think the guy driving made a mistake, hit the wrong pedal, paniced, got confused. A terrible accident. I just hope theres no lynch mob after him. A person like him will have to live with that, it would be different if he was a cold hearted criminal with no remorse. But this guy will have that on his mind to the grave. i feel bad for him and those involved.
