you can say it cY. we are a greedy bunch and it's sick. you read about it all the time in the paper or on the news. a womans child was running around a department store (on camera) and she trips over her own child and breaks her ankle. she sued the department store... and one.
it's terrible.
as for this old fellow i feel bad for both him and the families. jesus... just look at the picture they posted of him. damnit... i feel so bad for HIM. but on the other hand you can not NOT feel sorry for the families who have lost. what to do in a situation like this? who knows. jail will kill him (earlier than his old age will anyways) and getting off clean will kill the families who want a big payout for their loss. i.e. cash before forgiveness.
