One of the best teas I ever tasted was from Israel - in a mountain top! I met this Israeli couple who were travelling around Portugal with a full tea set and a tiny stove, making tea almost everywhere. We met in a trekking course and they invited me to have tea with them. Ahahah. what a fantastic episode.
