Hey moff, that advice about not washing skillets - does that apply to woks too?
I mean logically obvious yeah, just wanna clarify.
I do most my cooking in a wok (made this wicked malaysian style butter prawns with noodle thigmy last night, you'd be proud) - but afterwards i wash it proper with fairy liquid and that.
Should i not?
