Not sure what you mean by "FoxyCart shipping + Canada: most of our shipping is done with live rates (automatically)." How are live rates created?
Also, say I dont want to add any tax just calculate accurate shipping costs via Canada. Do you recommend Foxycart?
Last question - Can you use just standard Paypal?
