foxycart is made for integrating with existing sites right?
A cart that integrates with existing sites vs a fully hosted solution would probably be your major criteria other than cost.
If you are looking for a fully hosted solution to manage inventory and every other aspect of running an online store I can recommend NetSols new pro e-commerce package.
magneto is nice in some ways but has usability issues in others.
