like 4cy said, 18-24 are the bigger threat. putting 50+ types through license renewals tests is discrimination based on prejudice.
The real problem is the car-based suburban society we have, where independence means having a car. considering how many deaths are linked to car accidents, cars are just evil. too bad they're a necessary evil. seniors won't be stubbornly driving when they shouldn't if a car wasn't their lifeline.
