If you step on the gas instead of the brakes for a split second.. its understandable. But not noticing for 3 blocks and after hitting 50 people.. maybe you shouldt be driving in the first place.
ok here it is: my idea is to put him in a minimum security jail, otherwise known as "retirement home". Then both sides wins.
