I can't give you any large scale statistics but I do network support for a few different lawers office and a few other companies and I see a lot more Palms than Pocket PC devices. That's my personal experience. Maybe it's different in larger cities. I personally use a Handspring (Palm OS) right now but am looking to buy a Pocket PC.
