Anthony, I'm going to try to give you honest feedback without being a arse.

I do not think this ad works on multiple levels. There is not a clear hierarchy; the banner at top, as others have said, looks like a web banner, and it competes with the headline. The banner content should either be the headline, or a sub-head of sorts.

Your headline is far too big. It needs to be smaller and with tighter leading. There is a lack of tension on the page. Spread things out a bit, move out of the center of the page and give things breathing room.

There are too many images. 3 or less would convey what you need. Create a grid for the images and clean it up. Right now it looks like a near miss, and it looks cluttered.

Get rid of the gold gradient background. It does not look expensive, it looks cheesy and it was obviously created very quickly in Photoshop. If you must use those colors, make it solid or with a subtle pattern, say a tone-on-tone made from stripes, etc.

Make your paragraph text smaller. For that font, I'd say 9/13 point (9 point type over 13 point leading) should work.

Lastly, the logo is too big. Anchor it closer to the bottom.

P.S.—You would benefit greatly from some classes in typography and basic design principles.
