Clean it up visually too much noise.
The layout is quite ok. But the headline needs to be reworked, especially that dash at the end of the second line.The upper box looks like a webpage banner. Rework it and pay
attention to spacing.The pictures are really thrown there without care, decide a common size for them and dispose them using a grid. Or chose
maximum 2 different sizes for them and make something armonic
yet not static.And yeah, the background colour, that's the major problem.
If i were you i'd amend it very quickly and post an update here, before the hammering starts.
