probably an issue with the bit depth, gradient will help to blend it better... don't get why you'd want to check on CRT as some people will be on a flat screen too?
- older crapper flat screens I've used show gradients quite blocky, they just don't handle them well.kelpie
- not yours or my fantabulous Apple things of course, but you never know...kelpie
- Many LCDs (even ones you buy recently from supposedly decent brands such as Dell or I think the MacBook screens) don't actually support many colours, so gradients look really shitty on them.modern
