Invite the building inspector by to inspect the joists and trusses under the very seat where Lardo sits.
"Thanks for coming by. You see, I'm concerned if structurally this building is strong enough to support Lardo here? Are there tests and measurements you can do to make sure we're all actually safe with Lardo here, stressing the floor?"
