    grab a coffee, coke or red bull or something with caffiene, take 3 or 4 extra strength tylenol/aspirin, etc... jump in the shower and soak up some steam...

    if your still not feeling good try to get some grease in your system. mcdonalds breakfast or something...

    if your still hurtiing then you might need to just sleep it off
