Steve Jobs has done what he set out to do. Not that it is new info, but the survey illustrates exactly what Steve thinks about Apple products and how he wants US to feel as an Apple consumer. Only by filling us with that sense of superiority do we salivate at the very idea at a product announcement just so we can have the latest Apple gadget first and continue the circle of feeling superior. Everyone really wanted an iPhone first just so they could whip it out and have people go "ooh... is that an iPhone??" Then we smile and say yes and then enjoy the smell of our farts.
