Had someone recently ask to have the site-wide font changed from Tahoma to Arial, noting that there'd be a "big difference in appearance."
After the font was Arial for a week of testing and content entry, I was asked "Can you make sure a designer changes the site font to Arial? It doesn't look any different yet" or something like that.
Big difference, eh?
